RETURNS

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from BoardsportWarehouse.com. However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund promise. So, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

To return an item please phone 02392 288010 Monday – Friday between 7.00am and 4.00pm GMT and you will be issued with a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us.  You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 14 days of the date on your invoice. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

 All items being returned should be placed in a protective bag; just recycle the bag we originally sent the goods out to you in. Items not sent back in a protective bag will be refunded the original selling price less 10% restocking fee.
